Payment

Payment can be made by phone with any debit or credit card, securely online via Google checkout or please call us to arrange a visit.

Please note the billing/delivery address should be the address to which your card statement is sent. It must match the address held by your card issuer exactly. If it does not, Makeover Magic Ltd may decline your purchase, or defer acceptance of your payment and seek further proof of your address. To prevent fraudulent transactions we are unable to send goods to an address other than that of the cardholder.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all vouchers within 1 working day of receiving online payment. We use Royal Mail's First Class service and we regret at this time we are only able to post goods to UK addresses. Please allow 7 days before querying any non-arrival. Postal charges are included in the purchase price of vouchers.

Redeeming your Voucher

All vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and can be redeemed by contacting us for an appointment. The Studio is very busy. Please contact us for an appointment at least 7 days in advance and we will make every effort to fulfill all customers’ requirements by arranging mutually convenient appointments.

Complaints

Makeover Magic Ltd endeavours to always operate a friendly, accurate and efficient service to our customers. If you feel we have failed to achieve this or have a particular complaint you wish to make, please email us at info@makeovermagic.co.uk We shall acknowledge your complaint and keep you up to date with the progress of the investigation into your complaint.

Privacy & Disclosure

Makeover Magic Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not disclose any customer information to any third party. All personal details submitted to us are for our use only. We will never pass your personal data to a third party.

Data Collection

We will only collect details about you when you place an order. These will include your name and address, your email address, and various other details necessary to complete a transaction and fulfil your order. We do not collect any information which may be deemed "sensitive personal data" under the Data Protection Act1998.

Protection

We will not retain any details that you provide, except for your email address. All customer's email addresses are automatically entered into a database so they may receive occasional emails from us about our products or general advice about our products which may benefit them. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing emails from us by unsubscribing at the bottom of any sent emails or by emailing us at web@makeovermagic.co.uk

Consent

Your submission of an order is deemed to be your consent to provide us with your details. We use no other means of data collection.

Statutory Rights

The terms of this contract do not affect your statutory rights.
